Glenn is a fifth-generation farmer, strategy lead at Wendling Beck and co-founder of Swallowtail Consulting.

CO-FOUNDER & REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURAL LEAD
Rosie is a next-generation farmer responsible for the project’s main farming area, growing blackcurrants across c.60 acres.

Elliott Daniells
PROJECT MANAGER
Elliott coordinates Wendling Beck’s nature recovery strategy to enhance biodiversity and provide a range of ecosystem services.

Lizzie Emmett
PROJECT LEAD
Lizzie is Wendling's pond-pro, a Swallows and Swifts obsessive and grassland enthusiast - formerly a farm cluster facilitator, now supporting all aspects of the Wendling Beck vision.

Dr Simon Mitchell
LEAD ECOLOGIST
Simon is an ecologist specialising in large‑scale habitat restoration, biodiversity monitoring and evidence‑led land management. -

Alexander Begg
CO-FOUNDER
Alex joined his wife Rosie on their family farm and co-founded Wendling Beck and Swallowtail Consulting, advising on nature markets across 200,000+ ha. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).
